“The Lord reigns, He is clothed with majesty; the Lord has clothed and encircled Himself with strength. Indeed, the world is firmly established; it will not be moved.” Psalm 93:1, (NASV) You, Lord, who reigns, allow my children to witness Your strength and majesty. For You firmly established the world and Your eternal throne from long ago. Lift up their voices with the pounding waves in worship of You, oh God, whose might extends beyond the thundering of the great waters and the breakers of the deep sea. Adorn my children with Your holiness, I plead, and root their footing firmly upon Your unfailing statues. ![]()

“For You, Lord, have made me joyful by what You have done, I will sing for joy over the works of Your hands.” Psalm 92:4, (NASV)
Fill my children with music and praises to Your Name, oh Lord. In the morning, may they proclaim Your goodness and at night, let them declare Your faithfulness. Stir their hearts with joy because of the good things You have done. Oh God, bless them with the knowledge and understanding of Your great works and the depths of Your thoughts. I pray they will exalt Your Name forever as You scatter and destroy their enemies. Exalt the horn of their strength, oh God, and anoint them with oil. Plant them in Your house so they might flourish and grow strong in Your courts. Even in their old age, I pray You will help them bear fruit and brim with vitality to proclaim Your justice. Be their Rock, I pray, for You are good. ” No evil will happen to you, nor will any plague come near your tent. For He will give His angels orders concerning you, to protect you in all your ways.” Psalm 91:10-11, (NASV)
Oh Lord, may my children dwell with You so they may rest in the shadow of Your wings. Be their trusted refuge and fortress, I plead. Save them from snares, cover them with Your feathers, and let Your wings grant them refuge for they trust in You. Oh God, shield them with Your faithfulness while You protect them from the enemy’s arrows, plagues, or destruction, keeping them from fear. With You as our refuge, I praise You how no evil or plague will come near. Oh Most High, command Your angels to guard them and lift them up in Your hands so they will not stumble. Instead, let them walk upon their enemies and trample them with their feet. May my children submit their hearts to You, I plead, for You will save those who love You and make secure those who know Your Name. When they call, answer them. When they are in trouble, be with them. Rescue them and grant them honor. Oh Father, bless my children with long life, satisfy their heart’s desires, and show them Your salvation. “May the kindness of the Lord our God be upon us; and confirm for us the work of our hands…” Psalm 90:17, (NASV)
Oh God my God, You, who brought forth the world and turn men back to dust, be my children’s dwelling place. Though Your consuming anger burns with indignation and our years fly by, teach my children how to number their days and to fear You. From this, may they gain a heart of wisdom. Each morning, show them Your compassion and fill them with Your unfailing love. Overflow them with gladness and songs of joy all their days. I plead with You, Lord, bless them with a double portion of Your joy for the number of days they have seen trouble. While to their children, may You show the splendor of Your great deeds. Oh Lord, establish the works of their hands and rest Your favor upon them. |
