“From the rising of the sun to its setting, the Name of the Lord is to be praised.” Psalm 113:3, (NASV)
Oh Lord, let my children praise You from the rising to the setting of the sun for You are exalted over all the nations. I pray they will worship You, who bends down from the heavens to the earth and who raises the needy from their ashes to sit among princes. May You be praised, Lord God, who blesses the barren woman with offspring. Fill my children’s mouths with Your praises, oh Lord, for You are glorious in the heavens.

“…Blessed is the person who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in His commandments.” Psalm 112:1, (NASV)
Let my children praise and revere Your Name, delighting in Your precepts. Grant an upright heart to my children and their descendants so they may receive Your blessings, prosperity, and strength. May they find wealth and riches for You are gracious and compassionate. Oh Lord, let them be generous, lend freely, and conduct their affairs with justice so they will never be shaken. Make their hearts steadfast and secure in You, so they may always trust in You, never fear, and triumph over their foes. I pray You will foster within them a generous heart for the poor and needy. Oh Lord, remember my children for their righteousness and let their dignity be lifted up with honor. “Splendid and majestic is His work, and His righteousness endures forever.” Psalm 111:3, (NASV)
Oh, how I pray my children would ever praise You, oh Lord, extolling Your great works to all. Be gracious and compassionate to my children, oh God. May You provide for their needs and remember Your covenant. Lord, show them the power of Your words as You bless them with a holy inheritance for You are faithful and just. May they trust in Your faithful and upright precepts, oh God, standing firm in their eternal steadfastness. You who are holy and awesome, redeem them and ordain Your covenant forever. Bless them with a holy reverence of You so they may grow in wisdom and insight. Oh Lord, please also bless my children with understanding as You help them faithfully follow Your precepts and acknowledge Your ways. “The Lord will stretch out Your strong scepter from Zion, saying, “Rule in the midst of Your enemies.” Psalm 110:2, (NASV)
Sit my children at Your right hand, oh Lord. Bring their enemies low beneath their feet, giving my children rule over them. Array my sons and daughters in holy majesty with Your strength as You crush their foes in Your wrath. Oh Lord, keep Your promise to adopt my children into Your royal priesthood. Yet lift up their heads and set them above their enemies while You, oh Judge of the earth, crush earthly leaders and bring death. “With my mouth I will give thanks abundantly to the Lord; and I will praise Him in the midst of many. For HE stands at the right hand of the needy, to save them from those who judge his soul.” Psalm 109:30-31, (NASV)
Oh God of my praise, when the wicked speak against my children with hatred and deceit, do not stay silent. Instead, in the face of baseless accusations and unjust attacks, make my children a people of prayer. When their enemies repay good for evil and friendship with hatred, find their adversaries guilty. IN the same way, may You condemn their foe’s prayers, number their days, and remove their leadership as You reap everlasting judgement upon them. Deal well with my children, oh Savior Lord, and deliver them out of the goodness of Your love. When their hearts are wounded, and they are poor and needy, help them and save them by the strength of Your hand. When accusers curse, bless my children. When enemies attack, put the wicked to shame. Yet fill my children with thanksgiving and praise because You are able to save them from those who condemn and judge. “Be exalted above the heavens, God, and may Your glory be above all the earth.” Psalm 108:5, (NASV) With all their souls, let my children sing and make music to You. May they awaken the dawn to praise Your Name, filled with exaltation for Your love is higher than the heavens while Your faithfulness reaches to the skies. Lord, do not reject them but save and deliver them with Your right hand. Speak from Your sanctuary, I plead, interceding with divine aid, and granting them triumph. Lord God, may You trample my children’s enemies and give them the victory. ![]() “They shall give thanks to the Lord for His mercy, and for His wonders to the sons of mankind! For HE has satisfied the thirsty soul, and He has filled the hungry soul with what is good.” Psalm 107:8-9, (NASV)
Oh Lord, let my children give thanks to You for Your love endures forever. When they cry out to You in their troubles, deliver them from distress and redeem them from the hands of their foes. Lead them in straight paths to Your refuge as You satisfy their thirst and fill them with every blessing. Father God, please keep them from rebellion against You but let them covet Your council so that they are kept from darkness and chains. Oh Lord, rescue them when they stumble, save them from distress, and free them from shackles as You illuminate the darkness with Your light. May my children exalt and praise Your Name with songs of thanksgiving. Yet send Your Word to heal them from death. Oh God, let them bring sacrifices of thanksgiving and proclaim Your great works with songs of joy. By a whisper, I pray You will still the storms in their lives and calm the mounting waves, guiding them to Your haven and filling them with gladness. Lord, turn their deserts into pools of water and their parched areas into flowing springs. IN the same way, may You bless them with bountiful harvests and protect them against harm. Grant my children an upright and joyful heart overflowing with wisdom so they may heed Your ways and meditate upon Your love. “Praise the Lord! Oh give thanks to the Lord, for HE is good; for His mercy is everlasting.” Psalm 106:1, (NASV)
Let my children give praise and thanks to Your Name for You are good and Your love endures forever. Bless them, oh God, for doing what is just and right as You remember and show them favor in their times of need. As one of Your chosen, may they be blessed with prosperity and share in the joy of Your people, joining in Your inheritance in all praise. Forgive them of their sins, I plead. Save them so Your mighty power may be made known and Your promises proclaimed. Yet may they never forget Your goodness. Help my children wait upon Your council and Your timing, Father God while You keep them from temptation and grumbling. I pray no idol will be placed before You and Your ways kept so they do not provoke Your anger. In the same way, keep them from a spirit of rebellion and make their hands clean. Remember Your covenant, oh God. When they cry out, hear their distress. Save them, oh Lord, and deliver them from their enemies. Let them give thanks to Your holy Name. May my children glory in Your praise, oh God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. “…may the heart of those who seek the Lord be joyful. Seek the Lord and His strength; seek His face continually.” Psalm 105:3-4, (NASV)
Let my children give thanks to You, oh God, as they call upon Your name, making known Your wonderful deeds. I pray they will look to You in Your strength and always seek after You for You are the Lord, their God and Judge over the whole earth. Remember Your covenants, oh Lord. Anoint my children, I pray while You also protect them from harm. May Your Word prove them true like Joseph. OH God, grant them an inheritance, instruct them with Your teaching, and bless them with Your wisdom. Yet make them fruitful and bless them with many generations of children. In the same way, cover them with Your light, illuminating their darkness. Bring my children out of the wilderness with shouts of joy into Your promised land so they may keep Your precepts and follow Your Ways. “I will sing to the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.” Psalm 104:33, (NASV)
Fill my children’s souls with praises at Your great majesty and splendor. Unveil their eyes so they may see You wrapped in light, riding on the wings of the wind in Your chariot of dark clouds. Help them come to intimately know You, who set the earth on its foundation and set the boundaries of the waters deep. May You be their living water just as You quench the thirst of the beasts of wild animals or provide rest to the birds by Your open waters. Just as mountains belong to the wild goats, let my children belong to You. In the same manner, foster within them fear and reverence of You for You created the sun and marked the seasons by the moon. Open Your hands, oh God, and meet the needs of my children so they may gather up Your provisions as You satisfy them with good things. Send Your Spirit to renew them for Your glory endures forever. Yet as long as they have breath and being, let my children sing You praises. Oh God my God, may the praises of my children be pleasing unto You. |
